The Institute of Brunei Technical Education, IBTE, held an Appreciation Ceremony for retirees and staff of the institute. The ceremony took place at the International Convention Centre in Berakas, 3rd December afternoon.

Present was Doctor Haji Azman bin Ahmad, Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. At the ceremony, 17 IBTE retirees received certificates and souvenirs. Meanwhile, 9 people comprising officers, teachers and IBTE staff received the Excellent Employee Award. The ceremony aimed to appreciate the services of the retirees and recognize the excellence of IBTE employees as well as a continuous effort to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.
